figs

I have been loving figs lately, you can throw them in sweet or savoury salads or my very favourite and quite the crowd pleaser is figs stuffed with goats cheese, wrapped in prosciutto then popped in the oven for 15 minutes. Beautiful contrast between the sweet fig, salty prosciutto and creamy goats cheese. YUM!
