Absolutely delicious dish for a Sunday afternoon with wine. this also makes a great starter or savoury dessert if you use a little less Gorgonzola cheese..

for 4 halves cut 2 pears in half and hollow out a half circle at the larger end of the pear where the seeds would be.
Combine 4 tablespoons of Gorgonzola with some crumbled walnuts and bake for 30 minutes until golden and the pair is soft.
Yum! The ultimate pearing!! Perfect Sunday afternoon pleasure with a glass of wine. You have to try this. For those of you who don’t like Gorgonzola cheese just use goats cheese or ricotta and cinnamon and honey!!
